"Tiny Tears" Teardrop Trailers Information Site Entry Page. "Tiny Tears" was first created in 1998 with the idea of building teardrop camping trailers. After time it became clear that the majority of teardrop trailer owners, and prospective owners, want to restore a vintage trailer or build a new tear drop trailer on their own .
With that we have changed our emphasis. Our goal now it to be a premier teardrop trailer information site for those building and rebuilding teardrops. It is to be "the" source for the homebuilt trailer craftsman. There are also four projects currently active at "Tiny Tears". These projects are full size paper patterns to assist the builder when laying out his teardrop, the development of inexpensive quality doors made especially for teardrop trailers, a comprehensive teardrop building manual in book format, and the restoration of the 1936 Uni-wheel trailer, which is a one-wheeled teardrop trailer. Also, to support the teardrop community we have a book section with books of interest to teardrop owners, including building tips, there are connections to discuss teardrop trailers with other teardrop trailer owners,we have logowear products, links to other teardrop sites, teardrop trailer technical tips, and many pictures of teardrop trailers.
